Harness StudioBY HABIB OVE
A production line for explainer video

Explainer videos,
made from measurements.

Harness Studio researches a question, measures the answer on real hardware, writes and voices the script, renders an editorial film, and publishes it. It runs on computers you own, with keys that never leave your disk.

How a video gets made
01
ResearchScans YouTube demand and small-channel wins for a topic, then argues why now.
02
MeasureRuns the benchmark on real hardware. Every number in the film is a measurement.
03
WriteTurns the data into a script that opens on the surprising result and never widens a claim.
04
VoiceReads the script with a local voice model, word-aligned so motion lands on the spoken word.
05
RenderDesigns a visual spine for this story, not a template, and renders it at 1080p.
06
PublishTitle, description, chapters, thumbnail from the film's own frames, upload, analytics.

Real numbers

Tokens per second, time to first token, memory, quiz scores: collected by the pipeline, kept with the film as a data note and a source line on every chart.

Editorial motion

Paper, ink, one marker colour. Hard cuts, charts that draw on the narration, statements that step in on the spoken word. Each story gets its own visual grammar.

Publishing built in

Connect your own YouTube channel. Upload, schedule, set the thumbnail, then watch retention and daily views come back into the same page.

Built for one team, on its own machines

There is no hosted service and no public sign-up. The Studio runs on a PC or Mac in your office, stays reachable from your phone, and keeps every credential in a local folder. Read the privacy policy for what it stores and how Google access is used.
